Discovery Bay

Looking for a small-town community by the water, then Discovery Bay is the perfect place to call home. It’s located about 60 miles East from San Francisco and has a population just under 15,000. Over 50% of the homes in Discovery Bay are in the original part of town while the remaining homes are in Discovery Bay West. Many of them have private docks that have access to the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta.

There are so many waterfront activities to do Discovery Bay, like fishing, boating, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and more. Depending on your dock location or a short trip to the marina, boaters are able to travel from Discovery Bay to San Francisco. If you are looking for a break from the water, Discovery Bay has two shopping centers, plenty of dining, or try the challenging Ted Robinson designed championship golf course.
